The facility is well staffed. You have to create a user account to research very much. Even though the account is free, we were reluctant to share our information.

The folks here are some very helpful. I found family information that I had been looking for for years. They guided me every step of the way and were patient with my ignorance of the system. You must go here if you have any interest in your family history.

Hi! Just wanted to leave this review because I lost my keys and the manager who helped me find them today was so helpful and amazing and I felt like they really prioritized my issue! I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, but she deserves some recognition. I live out of town, so it would’ve been a disaster if I weren’t able to find them. Thank you for your help!

This is just the best! From my warm and welcoming welcome but smiling volunteers at the door, to the eager-to-help volunteers and staff on every floor, to the cleanliness, to the spacious aisles, to the triple big screen computers, and, of course, to the available books, microfiche, and maps..... Oh my what a special experience! I was that for 5 straight intense days and I loved every moment! Please go....
