  My son attended this daycare from the time he was 6 weeks old until he was 18 months old, so making the decision to leave was incredibly difficult. I was nervous about changing daycares because it was all he had ever known. However, after spending a month at his new daycare, the difference has been night and day, and it has confirmed that leaving was the right decision for our family. Throughout our time here, there were ongoing concerns regarding neglect and supervision that appeared repeatedly in incident reports. When I asked for clarification, teachers were often unable to explain what had happened or how the incidents occurred. I escalated my concerns through multiple levels of management, including the Regional Director, but unfortunately I did not see meaningful changes or improvements. I want to be clear that the teachers themselves were always kind, caring, and sweet with my son. My concerns are not with the classroom staff. Rather, the issue seems to stem from upper leadership and operational management. There were frequent instances where child-to-teacher ratios appeared stretched or not adequately maintained, creating an environment where teachers were unable to provide the level of attention and care that children deserve. I genuinely feel that the staff were being set up to struggle due to circumstances outside of their control. Since moving to a new daycare, my son has shown tremendous growth, receives more individualized attention, and is thriving in ways that I now realize were missing before. Looking back, I regret not making the change sooner. While there are wonderful teachers here who clearly care about the children, leadership and staffing practices ultimately prevented the center from providing the level of care and developmental support that my son needed. As a parent, it is difficult to realize after the fact that your child may not have been receiving the environment they deserved. I trusted this center with my son during some of the most important stages of his early development, and I wish I had recognized the issues and made the transition sooner.

  I would put zero stars if possible. It is one of the worst daycares in Orem Utah. My daughter has been here for a couple of months and it was promised that there would be more teachers, and that the organization would get better with time, that kids would learn and enjoy their time there. But nothing is true, everything that the director promised is a lie. My daughter is supposed to be in a class with kids her age, and they have been mixing older kids with the younger kids. My daughter had three accidents in ONE day. Her teacher talked to the director, and asked to not have more then 12 kids at a time, and the director placed more than 22 that day. I am so tired of this school and all the broken promised that have been made. Please fix things or show the reality of what this place is. Parents like me trust the lives of our kids in your hands and it has been nothing than pure stress everyday.

  My son loves it here! We have not had problem with the center. And they really listen. For example We asked for our son to only be placed in underwear so that he is completely potty trained through the day and he is! I have yet to have a problem here!

  I have sent my daughter to here and after second day my daughter said that her teacher pinched her on stomach and put finger in to her mouse. My daughter used to do really good with teachers and friends, and now she does not even want to go in to the similar environment (like daycare) They don't have CCTV so if they do something bad, no one is going to figure out. I can't tell they did abused my daughter because there was no evidence but I don't think my 2years old daughter can make that kind of things up and lie to me. This is absolutely horrible daycare
