My son attended this daycare from the time he was 6 weeks old until he was 18 months old, so making the decision to leave was incredibly difficult. I was nervous about changing daycares because it was all he had ever known. However, after spending a month at his new daycare, the difference has been night and day, and it has confirmed that leaving was the right decision for our family.
Throughout our time here, there were ongoing concerns regarding neglect and supervision that appeared repeatedly in incident reports. When I asked for clarification, teachers were often unable to explain what had happened or how the incidents occurred. I escalated my concerns through multiple levels of management, including the Regional Director, but unfortunately I did not see meaningful changes or improvements.
I want to be clear that the teachers themselves were always kind, caring, and sweet with my son. My concerns are not with the classroom staff. Rather, the issue seems to stem from upper leadership and operational management. There were frequent instances where child-to-teacher ratios appeared stretched or not adequately maintained, creating an environment where teachers were unable to provide the level of attention and care that children deserve. I genuinely feel that the staff were being set up to struggle due to circumstances outside of their control.
Since moving to a new daycare, my son has shown tremendous growth, receives more individualized attention, and is thriving in ways that I now realize were missing before. Looking back, I regret not making the change sooner. While there are wonderful teachers here who clearly care about the children, leadership and staffing practices ultimately prevented the center from providing the level of care and developmental support that my son needed.
As a parent, it is difficult to realize after the fact that your child may not have been receiving the environment they deserved. I trusted this center with my son during some of the most important stages of his early development, and I wish I had recognized the issues and made the transition sooner.

VERY HONEST REVIEW FOR PARENTS CONSIDERING THIS DAYCARE. This daycare is a mess and I feel robbed and guilty for bringing my daughter here. After a great experience at another daycare I really realized just how awful this experience was. I took my daughter for not even 5 hours in total over a month and it cost me about $900. They don’t refund you even if your experience was terrible. My daughter is 2 years old and the teachers always have a kid in time out which I don’t agree with however experts say the time should be equivalent to the child’s age, which means it should be 2 min max. It definitely is not. They yell at the children so much, and very rudely. I’m not sure if they were just understaffed and stressed or had too many kids to watch but that treatment is disgusting. I would’ve thrown hands with the teacher if they yelled at my daughter like that. (Who even knows if they did) my daughter was nervous with her teacher and some of the kids are too. They’re not caring or understanding at all, which you would think that they would find qualified teachers for this specific age. Everytime I dropped her off or picked her up there were kids crying and teachers yelling at them to stop crying. I’m horrified and extremely disappointed. After speaking with the person in charge of the daycares in the area they said my experience was terrible and they’d see about getting me a refund. They have not reached back out once. I never got my code even tho I reached out multiple times and they had no excuse.
My daughter’s diapers were NEVER changed. I’d drop her off with one brand (a different one that I provided them) and she’d come back with the same one even though a diaper change was logged. When I told them I wasn’t returning my daughter and I’d like to pick up her items they took half the box of diapers but her wipes were never opened which I explains her rashes since she’s very sensitive to different wipes. I now struggle with mom guilt for taking my daughter here and although I tried to only bring her during my job interviews, I lost so much money, nearly $900. Every promise they made was broken and they’re nice when they know you’re around. It’s when they don’t know you’re there that their true behavior shows. IF YOUR KID IS TWO do not bring them here. And if you do, make sure you pick them up before 4:30 bc then they mix all the classes together and have children from 1 with kids up to 7. It’s not okay and this place is very deceiving.

My husband and I like how our baby is learning new things while having fun . They really take the time to listen to your requests and take good care of every kid .

Definitely took a turn for the worse. When I first started taking my daughter to Kindercare, it was quite nice. A bit pricey, but my daughter really enjoyed it there. The latest center director unfortunately has not been doing a very good job. The center director would never acknowledge me and he would ignore me when I would say "good morning". I've seen him in the classrooms too and he doesn't seem to know how to handle children.
Again the price is quite high, but the school doesn't seem to even have resources to buy basic supplies such as paper. Without basic supplies such as paper they can't even do basic crafts.
