  Ya can't beat it! Don't believe the bull$hi+ ya hear without checking it out for yourself. Come to a Sunday meeting and meet the missionaries. There are benefits beyond your greatest hopes. Love God, and come check out Jesus' Church where everyone is welcome, the Congregation is lead be the local members, no one gets paid to minister, and you'll meet some people who live around you. They are just like you except they might not have a few beers Saturday night. lol When you bring up the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to other people you might hear stories about Joseph Smith and/or freaky stuff from the early days of the Church, but this is not Joe Smith's or the "early" church, it's Jesus'Church of today and you can always talk directly to God about it, in fact that is highly encouraged. Take some time on a Sunday to check it out and have the missionaries over to visit (btw these guys are always hungry so invite them for some food) between checking out the Church , hearing what the missionaries have to say and talking to God about will, if nothing else, give you some new perspectives you may have never considered. I did and have never regretted it (even though I think they still consider me a bit wild for their tastes and won't consider giving me an responsible positions lol)

  Wonderful church. Uplifting music and talks about Jesus Christ. Visitors are always welcome. You’ll find a feeling that you’ve come home. People are kind. Introduce yourself to someone. Meetings are usually at 9:00 and 11:00.
