- LPLani PierceAug 13, 20261.0I would caution parents on this location. We enrolled our 3 month old daughter and on her first day they forgot she was starting and didn’t have any of her items prepared. When we came to pick her up, the door code provided did not work and we had to wait outside for 15 mins as no one answered the doorbell or phone. Later that week, an email that was sent out after we decided to unenroll her, that parents needed to pick up their kids as soon as possible because they didn’t have enough teachers. Very concerning all around.

Within days, they callously unenrolled him without explanation, leaving us in a panic. The communication was nonexistent, and their disregard for my child’s needs was astounding. This is a profoundly unprofessional establishment, and I urge every parent to keep their child far away from this establishment.

One of the teachers wreaks of cigarette smoke, which is unsanitary and unhealthy - for children especially. Additionally, the admins are pretty sassy. I feel if you are going to ask for a high price, you shouldn’t be disrespectful to the parents and you need to demonstrate proper hygiene.

She started with Ms. Ami (who is outstanding!) and has continued to develop strong connection to her teachers. Her current teacher, Miss Macaria, truly is a rare gem who brings such a warm and loving demeanor that is unmatched, especially lately while separation/drop off has been a challenge for our little one. Macaria continuously gives her undivided love and support during this transition that has resonated deeply with our daughter. Additionally, Kim has done an exceptional job keeping us well-informed of the week's activities as well as other broad happenings in the facility.
