- LPLani PierceAug 13, 20261.0I would caution parents on this location. We enrolled our 3 month old daughter and on her first day they forgot she was starting and didn’t have any of her items prepared. When we came to pick her up, the door code provided did not work and we had to wait outside for 15 mins as no one answered the doorbell or phone. Later that week, an email that was sent out after we decided to unenroll her, that parents needed to pick up their kids as soon as possible because they didn’t have enough teachers. Very concerning all around.
- MJMercedes JorgensenMay 9, 20261.0This facility is a complete failure and a betrayal of trust. They promised us a personalized behavioral plan to help my son, but they never followed through. Within days, they callously unenrolled him without explanation, leaving us in a panic. The communication was nonexistent, and their disregard for my child’s needs was astounding. This is a profoundly unprofessional establishment, and I urge every parent to keep their child far away from this establishment.
- LLLindseyOct 17, 20242.0I could say so much about this company but I won’t I’ll keep it nice . But the only thing I can say is Macaria is the best preschool teacher they have there she is very sweet and kind . I have so much respect for her.
- LHLisa HernandezDec 12, 20224.0My daughter is very happy there and learning a lot. It feels safe and is clean. The issues I’ve had have always been addressed timely and professionally.
- MEMcKenzie EzzellSep 15, 20205.0Best daycare! Started my child there when he was 8 weeks old and I had no doubt he was in great hands. They are so loving and kind to my baby boy. They give constant updates about how he is doing and so I don’t have to constantly worry. They have also made a huge effort to get to know our family personally in order to better serve our son!
