They worked with me and my dad's VERY difficult situation, doing everything in their power to help make it work. The fact that they expedited things to ensure my dad would not have to go back to his apartment after his release from his rehabilitation skilled nursing center showed me that they truly cared about his well-being. I searched EXTENSIVELY to find the best assisted living for my dad, and The Charleston hit every mark. It was the most affordable for the incredible amenities and services offered. Truly impressed and so so grateful for their patience with me in figuring everything out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would
