  Preena, a staff member from the baby room is not very gentle with the babies. Also, my brother’s kid whom I watch sometimes after daycare, comes home smelling like her, who has very strong body odor. Makes my car smell like her. That is unacceptable. It is also difficult to understand her, since she speaks very limited English. I don’t understand why these people keep getting hired at Children’s Lighthouse. Emily, the owner does’t seem to care. Who is hiring these people? I have also seen their glowing reviews and have genuine questions as to how they’re getting them. I do recognize some of names on these glowing reviews as employees of the facility. Hello? Conflict of interest? Very unethical. I wonder if they’re being instructed by management… The quality of care ar Children’s Lighthouse Wylie has gone from bad to worse. My neighbor had a child there, whom she pulled out, and she and said the same thing. We will have to find another place and tell everyone we know about this place. Steer clear of it. Something has got to give.

  My daughter just started this week in the infant program at Children’s Lighthouse in Wylie, and our experience has been wonderful so far! As a first-time daycare parent, I was nervous, but the teachers and staff have made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The infant teachers are caring, attentive, and genuinely seem to love what they do. They keep me updated throughout the day, and it’s clear that my daughter is in great hands. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and always greets us with a smile. One thing I really appreciate is how accommodating everyone has been. They are happy to work with your baby’s individual needs and make the transition as smooth as possible. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s being cared for by people who truly care. I highly recommend Children’s Lighthouse in Wylie to any parent looking for a warm, welcoming, and trustworthy daycare!

  We have absolutely loved our experience at Children’s Lighthouse! The teachers and staff have been so caring, attentive, and welcoming from day one. Knowing Jack is in a safe, nurturing environment gives us such peace of mind. Jack truly loves going each day, and it has been wonderful to see how much he has learned and grown during his time there. The communication from the staff has always been excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child and family. We are so grateful for the love, patience, and care that everyone at Children’s Lighthouse has shown Jack. Thank you for making his first daycare experience such a positive one. We will always appreciate the special role you played in his early years!
