  Most recent review: My children attended this school for over 5 years, and ALL of the teachers had a tremendously positive impact on their lives. I have interacted or my child attended each of the teachers currently there as of this post. The classroom staff have always been caring, hardworking, and genuinely invested in the children. It was truly a relief to have Ms. Heather look care of my youngest when he was a baby after coming from another daycare. Ms. Lauren and Ms. Shelby were awesome with both my kids in the 2-4 program, they actually learned like a school not just care. Honestly wouldn't have stayed to work the issues with management if it wasn't for them. Ms. S, Ms. Michelle, and Ms. Devorah along with a few others were also very caring and great with my kids! During our most recent time here (mainly when it changed to Kindercare from Koti(which was awesome), I encountered several serious concerns involving compliance with state regulations, child safety procedures, communication, and administrative decision-making. These were significant enough that they were reported through the appropriate channels. As a parent, it was frustrating to repeatedly raise concerns that I felt should have been addressed immediately. There was a substantial learning curve for the front-office administration (same people were also there when it was Koti Academy aside from one new staff member who made their own positive review after I did and negative one) and at times I felt that concerns were met with resistance (even at a corporate level) rather than transparency. It took months of persistent advocacy, documentation, and follow-up before meaningful changes occurred. That said I'm updating my second review from 8 months ago, I want to acknowledge that improvements were ultimately made. The issues I raised were eventually addressed, policies were clarified, and the overall response became more professional and consistent. While I wish it had not taken so much effort to reach that point, I do recognize the progress that was made. As my son moves on to Pre-K, I am choosing to leave this review reflecting both sides of our experience: there were serious concerns that should never have required such extensive escalation, but there was also growth and improvement. My hope is that future families benefit from the lessons learned and that the school continues to strengthen its commitment to safety, compliance, communication, and accountability. Most importantly, I want to thank the teachers who cared for my children over the years. They were the reason we stayed as long as we did, and they made a lasting positive impact on our family. Second review: updates to newest review. Old review: Both my kids attended this school since my oldest was a young 4 (now 6) and my youngest was an infant (now 3). My oldest struggled with ADHD and being able to stay focused. Ms. Shelby and Ms. Lauren worked with him so much hands on he got caught up in no time and gained so many fun friends at school. My youngest was taken care of my Ms. Heather who has a really great personality with the little ones. She treated my younger son like he was her own and you could tell she truly loves her job and the babies. My younger son is now three and has been with both Ms. S was wonderful when my youngest moved up after infant stage. I loved how structured she was, it was perfect for my youngest learning his “little” personality lol. He currently has Ms. Maria and Ms. Michelle for the last year and he is very happy to go to school. He talks about his friends and what he learns everyday. I get so many pictures of all the cool things they are doing in the classroom. This is not just a daycare, it’s a school where the kids actually learn and the teachers work together to keep this school running well! I’ve used other daycare cares in the area and well as my sister and family members. This daycare there has been a special bond with both my kids not found at others. They changed names recently but the quality has not changed.

  This is my children’s 2nd home and it literally feels that way with the love, support and care they provide to our children! Ms. Shelby and Ms. Lauren are amazing with preparing the little ones for kindergarten 😊 Their communication is awesome. We appreciate the daily updates and check in’s !

  From Heather: It is bittersweet to leave this review. First and foremost, most of the teachers are incredible. The Director is always hands-on and involved. The absolute downside is flexibility, if you have to drop your kids off at a certain time over the normal time due to your work you are frowned upon as everyone checks their time when you arrive. There is zero flexibility for some parents who have different work hours. Now, if you work in the medical field and are cash pay then they'll work with you if you need to drop the kids off later than usual or say between 10-11 everyday. Also, there is an area in the school with no camera visibility that is very concerning. Some teachers kiss on several of the younger kids faces and hands constantly which is concerning as well given the illnesses that can easily be spread. The infant room lead teacher is a Godsend, she is what makes this place feel perfect...And while it is not perfect it is also not the worst place either but it is definitely not for the parents that need flexibility and care/work balance. Although, they will tell you at first they can work with you. I found 4 other places in the area, similar prices who are willing to work with unconventional schedules and dropoff times so it's not that they can't work with you, it's just "always been policy" although they also advertise drop off care and part-time on their new site.
