KinderCare Learning Center in Spring offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow. - NNNikkiJul 2, 20243.0From Heather: It is bittersweet to leave this review. First and foremost, most of the teachers are incredible. The Director is always hands-on and involved. The absolute downside is flexibility, if you have to drop your kids off at a certain time over the normal time due to your work you are frowned upon as everyone checks their time when you arrive. There is zero flexibility for some parents who have different work hours. Now, if you work in the medical field and are cash pay then they'll work with you if you need to drop the kids off later than usual or say between 10-11 everyday. Also, there is an area in the school with no camera visibility that is very concerning. Some teachers kiss on several of the younger kids faces and hands constantly which is concerning as well given the illnesses that can easily be spread. The infant room lead teacher is a Godsend, she is what makes this place feel perfect...And while it is not perfect it is also not the worst place either but it is definitely not for the parents that need flexibility and care/work balance. Although, they will tell you at first they can work with you. I found 4 other places in the area, similar prices who are willing to work with unconventional schedules and dropoff times so it's not that they can't work with you, it's just "always been policy" although they also advertise drop off care and part-time on their new site.
