- TTTominiquemylifemywayDec 23, 20241.0I was selected to be in their Christmas program, from start to finish my experience was horrible. Their communication was unprofessional! I called to confirm pick up and was yell at by the owner. I have all the proof that I communicated in a timely matter just in case she replies and says I’m lying. We get there it’s extremely cold, they were running late, they took their time giving out gifts so people would stay until the end of the event. Then they gave out USED gifts that were already open. My son got a remote control truck with no remote he can’t even use it. Seem like the only people that got actual gifts that were new, were the families that were enrolled in her program. To find out funds were raised to give out USED gifts is crazy. I wasn’t going to leave a review but for her to lie under other reviews is not right!
