  If you care about your kids please do not send them here. This place is so beyond disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe for kids. The kids here don’t get taught anything there are no lessons or activities being done I’ve only ever seen them play with dirty broken toys. There’s kids who physically assault other kids every day, kids become extremely violent EVERY DAY, throw chairs across classrooms, cuss, spit, bite, fight each other, diapers are left dirty until right before you arrive to pick up your child, the babies and toddlers are always left screaming etc. they will only tell you about an incident if a mark is left otherwise you will never know. And if your kid has acted out since going here this is why!!! The good reviews on here are left by staff. Speaking of staff, they are all extremely unprofessional, have little to no education, cannot communicate properly, have nasty attitudes, do not care about the kids, hate their jobs and speak/act horribly to the kids because of it. Haley is a joke of an assistant director and I’ve never seen her do anything but sit down, limp around or serve up frozen food for lunch. Other staff members are just as bad, and have no skills to be in a classroom. But they put on a good show when they are in your face to make it seem like they care so you keep your kids enrolled and they make sure they can get your payment. The whole facility is gross, if your wondering why your kids are always sick….bathrooms are regularly covered in urine and feces and classrooms are not ever cleaned. Lice is also a frequent occurrence. Overall such a disgrace of a “daycare” I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! I feel so extremely sad for the kids that still have to go here and I hope reading this review from someone who’s experience this will change your mind if you wanted to send your kids here. I hope they are shut down soon. If not, it won’t be long before they end up on the news like their other location.

  Disregard the news channel doing a segment on one of the sister locations. This location is absolutely amazing. My son has been going here for 2 years now and my daughter a little over 6 months. When I tell you the teachers care- it’s an understatement. My kids get so happy when we pull up at “school.” The center director, Leslie Hall, is by far the best center director I have met. He takes the kids AND parents emotions seriously. I’m not going to lie, there have been some instances regarding some teachers, but when I spoke up and brought it to the attention of Mr. Hall, those teachers were gone the next day. Mr. Hall once said “I take the care of these kids as if they were my own, because they are my own when you leave them here.” Now, I don’t know about other centers or other teachers, but THIS location has been such a safe and wonderful place for my kiddos. My husband and I genuinely feel safe and comfortable leaving our kids here with all of the teachers.

  At first i was very anxious for my son to go to daycare but I put my trust in them and they haven't disappointed me at all. They take such good care of him and he has learned so much since starting in September. I have seen positive change in my son and I can't wait to see what else he learns.

  I have had my child enrolled in Kindercare at the Parliament location since November of 2019. I did have my reservations as it is my first child at 3 years old, and first time in a learning center. Having had experience in owning a child care facility, I know the trials and tribulations of early childhood learning and development. This center has improved consistently since the new director has taken lead. Mrs. Ruth is amazing and what she is building with the teachers in the facility is truly a work of art. The feel of the center from all individuals especially Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Catherine, Mrs. Maria, and Mr. Enrique, whom all pour their hearts into the children. I have had the opportunity to see the children run to all of them the minute they walk in to the classrooms. The environment there is one of concentrated love for the children. If you have a decision to be made for where to send your child and be cared for the way a parent would. This is the place, even if you have to get on a waiting list...Get On The Waiting List!!.
