  I previously left a review praising this daycare, but unfortunately I need to update my experience. My son's time in the Infant Room (6 weeks to 12 months) was wonderful, largely because of the caring and attentive teachers. However, after he was moved to a new room, things changed significantly. While I understand that transitioning to a new classroom can be difficult for a young child, the experience over the last month has been very concerning. The afternoon staff have consistently come across as unfriendly and disengaged. On multiple occasions, I have arrived to find my child crying on the floor while being ignored. The final straw was when I walked into the building and could hear my son crying loudly from down the hall. It sounded as though he was in pain. I rushed to his classroom and found him hysterically crying in a way I had never seen before. His eyes and nose were swollen from crying, and a staff member was simply standing there watching him without providing comfort or assistance. When I asked what had happened, I was told, "He's not transitioning well to the room." That response was disappointing and unacceptable. He's a baby, and difficulty adjusting should be met with extra care, patience, and support, not indifference. Another concern is the lack of consistency in staffing. My son's room changes in the afternoon, there often do not seem to be enough staff members for the number of children present, and the caregivers appear to change frequently. This makes it difficult for young children to build trust and feel secure. I have also noticed situations where older children are hitting younger children in videos sent to parents, with staff appearing not to intervene. Combined with my personal experiences, this has raised serious concerns about supervision and the overall level of care being provided. It is disappointing because our initial experience was so positive. Unfortunately, based on what I have witnessed recently, I can no longer recommend this facility with the same confidence I once had.

  Grateful to have found a place for with an amazing atmosphere. The teachers are lovely and passionate. I transferred my oldest and started my youngest last year. Due to COVID I wasn’t able to meet the teachers and staff face to face but I can honestly I say, not knowing what some of them look like under the mask that did not stop them from being awesome In every aspect. I love how my kids are learning growing developmentally amongst their peers. It also keeps my mind at ease to see how they are handling COVID.

  We are truly impressed with Round Rock KinderCare. Thanks to the wonderful staff, from the principal to teachers, my children are having a wonderful, loving experience. The level of attention to positive, personal interactions and the quality of curriculum are unprecedented. My kids know they are loved. I've seen their emotional and physical skills grow.

  We are in our first month with KinderCare and are so impressed by all of the staff. They are attentive, friendly and trustworthy. The center is clean, organized and brings light and fun to our girls each day. It has been an immense blessing to feel confident and safe leaving our children here to be cared for and we know that they are in great hands! One of the best parts for me is the app they use to update parents throughout the work day so that you can see how your littles are doing including updates and photos. We would definitely recommend this center!!!

  Our child has been attending Round Rock Kindercare for 4.5 months. I was worried about how she would transition from having a family member watch her to being in a daycare center, but she has adapted really well. Her teachers are attentive and nurturing. Being around other children her age has helped her be more social.
