Pet Memories Cremation Service was developed to operate as a professional service for pet owners for the private cremation of their pets. While we specialize in private individual cremation, we also provide a convenient support service for the communal cremation of deceased pets whose owners do not wish to keep the cremated remains.

- MRmary ramirez4 days ago3.0My baby dog was taken her after home euthanasia by the company that we chose to do home euthanasia. I did not choose Pet Memories. I did however choose to get paw and nose prints. After I picked Papas up and saw his prints I was very disappointed. They were definitely not prints, they looked like smudges. Probably done in a hurry, not done with any care at all. Update: I want to give an update to my experience with Pet Memories. Even though there is no way Papas print can ever be redone they reached out to me and offered a refund. What impressed me the most is their kindness and empathy. At a time like this, that is worth a lot more. I appreciate them taking the time to reach out to me and show they care about the work they do for families that lost something very special to them.

The also provided a paw print of her tiny paw. This is a memory of our sweet girl we will treasure forever.
- KNKathy NielsenAug 17, 20265.0Our precious Norman was sent to Pet Memories after he crossed the raimbow bridge. It took a little less than a week to get him back. I am not sure that pleased is the right sentiment in this case, but we feel our boy was handled with care and respect. He was returned to use in a beautiful little box with his name. We asked for paw prints, nose prints, and fur clippings. We received all and a nice poem as well. I would reccomend Pet Memories.

Can I tour your facility?
Absolutely! We are proud of our state-of-the-art facility and welcome the opportunity to show you the caring and professional environment we provide for the pet families we serve.
Will you come get my pet, or should I bring my pet to you?
We will bring your pet into our care either at your home or at the Veterinary Clinic. If you would rather bring your pet to our office, we ask that you call ahead so we can ensure that one of our professional staff is available to meet with you.
What exactly is cremation, and how does it work?
Cremation is a means of final disposition and is an alternative to burial. It is a heating and mechanical process that reduces the pet remains to bone fragments of unidentifiable dimensions.
What is a private cremation?
With a private cremation, pets are cremated alone and are the only body within the cremation chamber. Pet parents will receive their pet's cremated remains, and only their pet's cremated remains.
What is a communal cremation?
A communal cremation is one in which multiple pet remains are present in the cremation chamber. There is no separation of the pet remains during the communal cremation process, and the pet’s cremated remains are not returned to the owner.
Can I witness my pet’s cremation?
Yes, witnessed cremations can be scheduled with advance notice. We have a beautiful facility with a viewing room for families who choose to witness their pet’s cremation. Most witnessed cremations are scheduled first thing in the morning.
What if I want to say a final goodbye, or have a memorial service for my pet?
We understand how difficult it is to say goodbye. Our beautiful facility provides a comfortable environment where you can take that extra time to say goodbye to your pet. We also have an area suitable for a moment of remembrance.
Can I tour the Pet Memories facility?
Yes, Pet Memories welcomes visitors to tour their state-of-the-art facility to see the caring and professional environment.
Does Pet Memories provide pet pickup services, or should I bring my pet to the facility?
Pet Memories can pick up your pet either at your home or at a Veterinary Clinic. If you prefer to bring your pet in, please call ahead to ensure staff availability.
What is the difference between private and communal cremation at Pet Memories?
Private cremation means your pet is cremated alone, and you receive only their remains. Communal cremation includes multiple pets together, and remains are not returned.
Can I witness my pet's cremation at Pet Memories?
Yes, witnessed cremations are available by appointment, usually scheduled early in the morning, and take place in the facility's viewing room.
