  Kinder Care Prosper Daycare is absolutely the best daycare ever. 10 star Rating. My grandson came for a month to visit and we placed him there,it was only supposed to be for a month he ended staying the entire summer all because of the daycare, now how often does that happen with a 8 year old an intelligent 8 year old at that. Mr. Kyle is the absolutely best, firm and attentive, Miss Vanessa Johnson the director just love her and my grandson adored her said she was very nice and respectful she helped me through the process from beginning to end ,although it's been a while when it comes to me and daycare. Anyway I could go on and on. Again it is a great place to take your children for good care.   Our experience at Prosper KinderCare has been incredibly frustrating, and the biggest issue has been the constant staff turnover. As a parent, it's unsettling to never know who your child's teacher is going to be from one week to the next. There seems to be no consistency, and it's difficult for children to build relationships or feel secure when the faces in their classroom are constantly changing. What made the experience even worse was how concerns were handled. When I brought these issues to the director's attention, I was met with a condescending tone and felt completely dismissed. Rather than listening to parent concerns or showing empathy, she came across as disrespectful and unwilling to take accountability.

  Our experience with KinderCare has been AMAZING! The center is always clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the teachers do a wonderful job creating an engaging, interactive curriculum. A special shoutout to our Center Director, Ms. Johnson. She has been incredibly accommodating and such a joy to work with. She's made our family feel so welcomed and supported throughout our time here. My son has absolutely loved it! Enrolling him here was truly one of the best decisions we've made, and we're so grateful for everyone at KinderCare who has played a part in making it such a positive experience.

  We've had a great experience with this daycare. Our 2.5-year-old daughter is in the DPS1 classroom, and Ms. Parvathi has been absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about the children. After we traveled for a month this spring, our daughter had a hard time readjusting to daycare. Ms. Parvathi was the only teacher she truly trusted, and she would sit with her every day during nap time to help her feel safe and comfortable. We're so grateful for her care. Thank you, Ms. Parvathi!

  Vanessa (Center Director) has been awesome to work with plus all of the teachers have been great. Vanessa and her entire teaching team consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to the children in their care. Our son genuinely looks forward to coming to school each day and has grown tremendously - both developmentally and socially - under the care of this team. Wife and I couldn't ask for a better environment for him.
