  It takes A LOT for me to be truly impressed especially enough to stop what I’m doing and take the time to write a review but this daycare absolutely deserves it. From the very first day I walked in just to get information, the director, Ms. Heather, completely blew me away. I could immediately tell how passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested she was in the children and families there. I was so impressed that I got everything squared away that same day because I knew this was where I wanted my daughter to be. Since my daughter enrolled in June, Ms. Heather has continued to be incredibly communicative, attentive, and helpful. And then there is Ms. Adela, my daughter’s teacher. I truly don’t even know where to begin. She is one of the sweetest, most genuine, patient, and loving individuals I have ever met. My daughter absolutely LOVES her. If you ever bring a concern or problem to her, she addresses it immediately and does so with so much kindness and sincerity. Whether you are a child or a parent, your voice is heard, and that means so much to me. The rest of the teachers and staff are just as wonderful. They are loving, attentive, detailed, and truly passionate about what they do. You can see it reflected in the children and in the entire atmosphere. When you walk through the doors, everyone says good morning. The children are happy, the environment feels organized and calm, and there is such a warm, welcoming feeling throughout the daycare. I also want to mention something especially important to me as a mother: my daughter has high-functioning autism, and they have been absolutely amazing with her. They cater to her individual needs while never making her feel different. She is included, supported, encouraged, and most importantly, LOVED. As a parent, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is somewhere they are genuinely cared for and accepted exactly as they are. If you are looking for a daycare where you can feel comfortable leaving your child, where communication matters, where your concerns will be heard, and where your child will be genuinely loved and cared for, I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare. Hands down, one of the best decisions I could have made for my daughter. ❤️

  We are new to KinderCare and from the moment I called in and spoke to Ms. Shae and Ms. Heather it felt very welcoming. Ms. Heather and Ms. Adela made the transfer process so easy and answered all the questions I had. I've noticed the difference in my daughter as well. She no longer cries about going to school and is genuinely happier. These ladies not only assured me but they also showed me by their actions that my daughter would be very well taken care of. I want to say thanks to all the ladies at KinderCare Fairmont for opening their arms to us like a family. As a single mom with no village I truly have the peace of mind knowing that my daughter is in good hands. I definitely recommend this daycare! 10/10!

  I wish I could give it negative stars ! Worse place ever do not trust your kids here they will always come back with scratches and bruises and ms Chloe who is very young who physically puts her hands on kids and hold them down is not safe and Shae doesn’t pay attention to the kids at all always in the office on her phone or gone off the site ! Ma Rachel definitely doesn’t not care and u can tell just by seeeing her and her attitude ms Alex omg the worse she try to shadow all the bad stuff happening ! They were reported to the agency ms Bobbie was the best but I still wouldn’t trust this location specifically they are under investigation police was called as well

  Terrible daycare! They do not supervise the children. They let them run around and do as they please. They don’t do anything about bullying and don’t document or provide anything in writing after any altercations happen. Save yourself the money and the headache and go somewhere else

  Stay far far away! This place is NOT SAFE I repeat this place is NOT SAFE! Be very aware of Racheal too. She’s very very questionable and doesn’t care!
