- SDSamantha DyalMar 5, 20263.0We mostly had a good experience, however when we asked that the contract be modified to reflect that payment was coming from the funeral home instead of from us directly, the individual helping us took offense and got very belligerent. Made my mother cry during a time that was already difficult. Some customer service training might be in order.

I am so thankful for Carissa and Dorita who were so kind, supportive, and professional in carrying out every last detail of my mother's wishes. They take the time the family needs. They do not rush you. I would highly recommend Peaceful Gardens because of their staff, and also, its location in the country. It really lives up to its name.
