  Such a caring company that provided my Mother with excellent care. for a couple of months after she had a mini stroke and some seizures. Mom was able to move back to her own home and has been living indepentently for the past 3 months.

  My dad hired Home Care Assistance to help take care of my mom when she came home on hospice. I can't express how grateful we are that we used them. Everyone that came to help with her care was compassionate, knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to use Home Care Assistance again. Thank you Ilsa and Guy for everything.

  I have partnered with Angela Williams and referred to Homecare Assistance many times for my patients and families needing additional services, outside of what hospice can provide. Angela is a great resource to me and I have heard nothing but great things about the services Homecare Assistance provides.

  I used a Home Care Assistance a few months ago for a week since my husband was away on business and I was recovering from open heart surgery. In addition, I have a 6 year old I needed help with when she came home from school. Julie (the lady who was assigned to me) was absolutely fantastic! The owners of HCA matched us perfectly! I was looking for help getting around the house doing basic things, getting to doctor appointments and help making dinner for both myself and my child. Julie didn't just feel like someone who came into help, she felt like a friend and had a great time which also for me is so important when I am in pain and recovering. Laughter is definitely the best medicine. She was outstanding with my child so much that my kid thought Julie was at our home solely to play with her! I had never used a home service before but I wish I had known about HCA when I had, had previous surgeries! The owners are a husband and wife. They are unbelievably professional and do a fantastic job matching their clients with one of their employees. I first spoke on the phone with them and then Guy came out to the house to meet me and get a sense of our house and to ask further in depth questions to make sure they fit me with the right employee. We ended up speaking for a few hours and I could tell how seriously finding the perfect match of people are. I am definitely looking to use them again in the near future!

  My mom has had a home care assistant CNA for over a year now and we couldn't be happier with this agency and their personnel. She wasn't bedridden when we first employed them but through the last year she has become increasingly in need of more care and is now bedridden. We have had several different caregivers and have not had one that I felt was below par. They are very attentive to her care, my requests and they have worked very well with our hospice agency nurses and aides. They not only tend to her care but also do any laundry and light house keeping to help make my life easier as my mom has lived here with us for many many years. The administrators of this agency have always been flexible with me as being a teacher, my schedule sometimes is not regular especially during the summer. But they have always tried very hard to accommodate us and provide us with the most excellent care and service that we need.
