  Worst experience we've ever had with a daycare. The management staff, especially the director, Jamey, showed a complete lack of professionalism. Almost every week we had issues with being overcharged. Whenever we brought it up, the director's response was simply, "Things happen." No one took responsibility for refunding our money. We were repeatedly told, "You'll get your check today" or "tomorrow," but the refund kept getting delayed. The director also said they had no control over the situation. We were told the owner would personally drop off the refund check, but when we asked for the owner's contact information, they refused to provide it. From the very first day, we clearly stated on our enrollment forms that our 3- and 6-year-old children are vegetarian. Despite that, the daycare's app repeatedly showed that they were being served turkey wraps, chicken, and other meat-based meals. When we raised our concerns, instead of addressing the issue, they stopped updating the app with information about what our children were eating for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Between the billing issues, poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to respect our children's dietary needs, we completely lost trust in the management. We would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

  I have a one year old here, and she loves it! She’s always happy to be dropped off. The updates on the portal are great to stay updated meals and photos. My wife and I love Lighthouse.

  I value communication, transparency, and honestly especially when it comes to trusting someone with the care of my child. Children’s Lighthouse - Woodland Springs checked all the boxes and have been so kind to us the last 6 months. I was nervous sending my infant to daycare, but the team here made the transition easy and seamless. When we first toured with Ms. Lennys, she did a great job of walking us through the process and showed us all of the rooms. She showed us how our baby would grow into each and transition up as time went by. His teachers helped to build a routine that we keep to and follow day to day at home as well. I’m kept well informed of how our baby is doing throughout the day whether through the app or a phone call. Ms. Crystal and Ms. Madison are so welcoming when you walk into the doors. Ms. Jamie is always there to greet the babies and I love how personable and nurturing she is with the children. I highly recommend Children’s Lighthouse - Woodland Springs to any families looking for childcare.

  Today was our last day ever at our favorite school! Ocean has been there since he was a baby, and to say i cried when i walked him in, would be an understatement. i was SO nervous when we moved to Texas from Utah because i loved our daycare there. I'm so incredibly grateful to have found this place. With the most AMAZING staff. We are truly sad to be leaving!
