Our experience with Schmidt Funeral Homes at 1344 W. Grand Parkway South, Katy, Texas, was beyond expectations . The place was beautiful , serene and our family are very appreciative of the staff facilitating the process especially Jordyn Rabon , who made everything seamless. Everything went smoothly especially the memorial service celebrating the life of my late husband, Rick Pizarro , conducted by Marty, the officiant.. It was a memorable ceremony. The cremated remains of my late husband, Rick Pizarro was delivered to our home by Marty. We are very thankful that we have chosen this facility.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and support we received from Schmidt Funeral Home during such a difficult time. They were sincere, respectful, and truly compassionate throughout the entire process. Jordyn, our funeral director, was especially amazing. She was kind, patient, and always available when we had questions or needed guidance. Her responsiveness and attention to every detail brought us comfort when we needed it most. She made a painful experience feel a little more manageable through her professionalism and genuine care. We deeply appreciate everything they did for our family during this time of loss.

As hard as it is to have lost my Dad, I have to say that he experience with all of th people at Schmidt Funeral home was amazing From the initial visit to start the process before my father passed Randy and Stephanie jump into action and guide us and made everything as easy and comfortable for me and my family. The following day my father passed away at hospice and Trey went and pick my fathers remains. He was so caring and respectful during the whole process. He truly care about every single detail while he was taking the remains. The viewing was very well planned and thoughtful. Stephanie rose to the occasion and made sure my mother and siblings were comfortable and that every single detail was taken care of. When I recover the ashes I was constantly informed of what was going on and what to expect and when. Everything was flawless. Extremely Grateful from the bottom of all our family’s heart. THANK YOU.

No joke, my experience as a customer was the most enjoyable that I ever experienced at any business in my life. Funeral Director Stephanie Jezbera at every point of contact offered assistance and finesse of the highest degree event planners. Whether it be by phone, text or in person at Schmidt Funeral Home, Katy, our local Church or the internment 2 hrs. away. Stephanie was always present and actively engaged. Her involvement was that of a trusted friend or family member. I particularly enjoyed her ability to smoothly coordinate contacts for all the events, even an outside casket vendor that I chose. Stephanie’s compassion and sensitivity was hands down the best. Our family thanks you.
