I have attended several services at the Grand Parkway location and the facility is beautiful and everything runs so smoothly. Megan helped us with the passing of my mother in law. She made sure everything was just as she would have wanted. We will always appreciate their kindness.

My mother passed away several years ago, so I grew even closer to my father.  When he died, I felt completely lost and alone.  Schmidt Funeral Home in old Katy, not only held our hand through the whole process, but they were a place of solace and empathy for our entire family.  I also want to personally thank Ms. Cyndi Hoots for enhancing the already great customer service even further, by emerging as a beacon of compassion, through our family's darkest days.  Cyndi's unwavering presence transcended mere duty, weaving my father's story into a sanctuary, where love and memory converged.  She ensured that everyone "knew" him- the laughter, dreams, and quiet courage that defined his life.
