  I’m a Resident here at Treemont and in the beginning it was fine but then after a while we noticed our water always comes out Yellow!!! So many times they have to shut the water off to repair the boiler!!! They are always repairing the BOILER!!! I have had to take cold showers many times!! The last one I had to take with cold water was Mothers Day!! I was so upset! I had referred a nurse to come and try it out over here that I had worked with here at Treemont Nursing facility here on the property, but she didn’t put my name down on the application so she said she went to the office and let them know but they totally ignored her and stated to me that I was lying about the referral!!!! So is it really worth referring someone here!! The office is probably taking the referral money and just completely lying about everything!! Me personally took her name and the apartment or floor she is on. I person talked with the nurse like a week ago and she was gonna go back to the office but who knows because the people in that office are Worthless!! The one lady that helped me to move in is no longer there!! And she was the bomb!!! This building is very old and is not suitable for elderly people!!! I had to fuss for them to put lights on on the outside parking lot!!! It was dark for Months!!! This place was convenient at the time… But it’s a very shady place to live…. So I wouldn’t recommend! I will not be renewing my Lease!

  My mom has been living there for a year, and we absolutely love it! Great location and excellent customer service!

  Actually I really like this place I feel comfortable and the place is very nice to live and the people are very kind to take care of you

  Recently we had to move my 99 year old dad from Treemont due to his health declining. My sister who has power of attorney went through lots of no reply's to repeated voice mails and repeated emails trying to get the lease situation worked out. But finally, she was told things were worked out and he no longer owed money because of the reason he had to leave. BUT, now being his son with the same first and last name, I have been tagged for his debt, even though I did not sign ANY of his lease paperwork. Treemont in Houston has now tagged my credit report showing a large debt as uncollected. A debt I do not owe. Renters beware, this facility clearly does not handle themselves professionally and I have to now get a lawyer to sue them for the damage to my credit. I worked in property management for many years, and we would NEVER have submitted someone for collection so quickly. Again, BEWARE signing up for this place. Their services have been reduced without any reduction in rents, and the office Mgr is almost never available.

  There are so many renovations! You have a beautiful facility and the location can't be beat. Jackie and Keilyn are so friendly and easy to work with too!
