  The care my mother received at TB was fair. She developed a wound on her foot and even though they took care of it by cleaning and changing the dressing it just got worse. They did not seem to see any urgency to treat it properly. That was at the beginning of January 2026. It is now March and the wound is still at a stage 3. We received a bill from them and we have been trying to talk to someone at the facility to get details of the what the bill covers. We have left several messages and no one calls back. I feel the communication is very lacking even when mom was a patient. Maybe if we escalated to the CEO, or the board of advisors, someone will resolve the issue. The staff was great throughout the stay.

  Can barely get anyone to help . Very slow response time if any. I had to find help myself. Very poor food quality and always cold. My husband slipped off bed and I had to call main switchboard to get anyone to help. Physical therapy got him out of bed early with no food or water before therapy. Left in 2 weeks rather than staying. Cannot recommend.

  I am an extremely satisfied and happy resident of Independent Living section of Buckingham for the last 8 years. Twice I had the occasion of staying in Skilled Nursing section. Once after surgery for fracture of thigh bone, second time after my surgery of Total Replacement of Knee. On both occasions it was a very pleasant experience, nursing staff, dining staff and choice of food as well Physical Therapists, all were very helpful and made me feel special. Directors of nursing. Social Services, Rehabilitation , all used to visit frequently . I am a physician so I understood the value of the way I was treated at a difficult stressful time. If there was choice, i would have given a 6 star rating.
