  My oldest son was 5 years old when he first started attending Francois Academy, and he is now 10. My middle son started when he was 1 year old and is now 7. My youngest son began attending at just 9 weeks old and is now 5 years old. Over the years, I have never had any issues with this daycare. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, loved, and cared for while you're away, and Francois Academy has consistently provided that peace of mind. If anything ever happens, I am always notified in a timely manner, and communication has always been excellent. The owner is absolutely amazing. She is loving, compassionate, professional, and truly cares about every child and family that walks through the doors. She holds her staff accountable and ensures the children are always treated with kindness, patience, and respect. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's growth and well-being. Any concerns I have ever had were addressed and resolved quickly, usually the same day. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is hard to find. The environment is welcoming, clean, and family-oriented, making it easy for parents to feel comfortable and confident in their child's care. My children genuinely enjoy going to Francois Academy. They have built lasting friendships, developed important social skills, and are excited to learn every day. My oldest has even learned coding, which shows the academy's commitment to providing educational opportunities beyond the basics. All three of my boys come home talking about something new they learned, whether it's academic skills, creative activities, or life lessons. What I appreciate most is that Francois Academy feels like an extension of our family. The staff celebrates the children's achievements, encourages their growth, and creates a positive environment where every child can thrive. I highly recommend Francois Academy to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, educational, and loving place for their children. After years of trusting them with all three of my boys, I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations and have been a blessing to our family.

  I’m not sure who answers the phone at the front desk on Wednesday mornings, but the individual I spoke with was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. First impressions are extremely important, especially when parents are considering a daycare for their children. Based on this interaction, I would feel so uncomfortable placing my child in their care. I really hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive and professional experience for future families.

  I am so grateful to have found Francois Academy! Just as the name implies, it is more than just a daycare. The entire staff genuinely cares for the children and it shows. From the nutritious real food they provide, to the engaging lesson plans they develop each week, and all the fun events the kids from the community get to participate in. They go above and beyond when caring for my children. I am confident my kids are safe and secure here and that type of peace of mind is priceless!

  Now that my children no longer attend here, I can finally feel that my kids are safe enough to say this. They do NOT go by the curriculum they promise for the kids. Things are left in reach of the kids like cleaning products, keys to open the door, and a coffee maker that is on all day. The teachers that are hired are mostly only experienced by probably their own children. Teachers threaten to take things away instead of trying to TALK to the children;main discipline that is given is timeout. They have dirty toys that are never cleaned or disinfected. The director says that the new smart app to check in kids would be better and not once was it running up to even sign in my kids. Good teachers and wise teachers would know how to handle each child and try to compromise the individuals characters and yet still helping the child understand that there needs to be STRUCTURE. Marks have appeared on my children and once asked where the marks came from,and no one could give and answer. That made me unsure of who was actually watching my children with care. Daily folders that are sent with the children are not filled daily. They do not communicate well qith parents since shifts are changed without communication! Maybe this review will bring light to their faults and only GOD can help the poor kids still stuck in there .
