There were never any high-pressure sales tactics. They clearly explained all of the options available to us and helped us make the decisions that were right for our family and within our budget. We never felt pushed toward spending more or choosing something we didn’t need. One thing that meant so much to us was how hard they worked to help us have our loved one’s remains back in time for the funeral service. They were very honest that they couldn’t guarantee it, but they didn’t just leave it at that. They immediately began coordinating with the crematorium and county offices, doing everything they could to keep the process moving. In the end, we were able to have him with us for the service, and our family was incredibly grateful. Their kindness, communication, and willingness to advocate for us made a very difficult process a little easier. We truly appreciated the care they showed our family.

I immediately felt the warmth, compassion and family atmosphere. The other experiences I had was so cold and corporate and felt they wanted to nickel and dime you but not here. The experience was very comforting and everyone from Sarah to Christy made this very difficult time so easy. I hightly recommend this funeral home to anyone who finds themselves needing this service. They are not only extremely reasonable, but so incredibly caring and took care of every detail, remained in constant communication, handled the slideshow, everything. I so appreciate the entire staff and thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and professional to our family.
