  We don't always know when we will lose a family member. It might be sudden or we may know that the time will be near. For me it was sudden and in early in the morning before anyone opened. At 9am on Sat. I called Marshall and Marshall where my dad had made arrangements years before. Darrell answered the phone and was like a life line to me. He listened and from that day to the funeral was a pillar I could lean on. He provided the laughter and the understanding. He officiated my dad's funeral and it was lovely. I know my dad would have been proud. Shari did an AMAZING job on the photo video, personalizing it to fit who he was. I feel like I had two best friends Darrell and Shari helping me through a difficult time. Thank you both for the laugher, the talk and even the blessed cursor (inside joke). I highly recommend them!

  The people at Marshall & Marshall have helped me with both my father and most recently my mother's passing. I can't express how comforting they are, and how they help you through the hardest time in your life. I highly recommend them for you and your family.

  I definitely regret using these people! Women’s bathroom is always broke, building is in poor condition, people can’t handle paperwork without being reminded, can’t seem to get the passing date on my father’s marker after 7 months! They don’t seem to even care
