- GVGene VergaraJul 20, 20261.0The manager is very rude. One star is way too much. My mother in law broke her legs and we were trying to call to let them know she will not be moving in next month and they said she losses her deposit (which is fine) but if she wants to give back in she has to pay another $400. This place is income restricted.She kept interrupting my wife as she was trying to explain the 4 to 6 weeks rehab and may have to move in with us for a bit till she's ready to be in her own again. When my wife asked her not to Interrupt the manager laughed. And the manager said "you can speak to our corporate office" my wife asked for the number and the manager said "no, you can look it up im not giving to you because I don't have it off the top of my head." My wife goes (as she is getting frustrated) i need you to look it for me." And manager said "I'm in no position to do that and I'm not going to look it up in my personal phone." The customer service in this location is horrible and I will NEVER recommend them for anyone.
