  We did not know what good care was until my mom came to Sterling Oaks!! She was there for only a short time. The whole staff was outstanding and management was amazing in so many ways!! The highest of recommendation for Sterling Oaks!

  We are so very appreciative of the exceptional care that my 97 year old Mom received at Sterling Oaks. Director Michael and team (Stacy, Taylor, Joy, Chris & John to name a few) were AWESOME!! Very loving and caring, super attentive & provided superb care. Can’t say enough good about this business. Top notch, superb, excellent, the BEST!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My highest recommendation!

  Gratitude. Immense, complete, and overflowing gratitude. Sterling Oaks became a sacred sanctuary for my mom during the last 15 months of her earthly life — and a gift I will never stop being thankful for. When I arrived at their door, I was weary to my bones from years of caregiving, desperately hoping to find a safe, nurturing environment where mom would be monitored, loved, and supported with her daily needs. What I found was so much more than I ever dared to hope for. I found a community — a true, warm, and deeply caring community — for both my mom and for me. Through tireless dedication and an abundance of genuine passion, Kris and Michael have built something truly extraordinary: a home where caregivers don't just show up, they show up with their whole hearts. They are thoughtful and discerning in who they bring onto their team, holding every caregiver to the highest standard of excellence — because the people in their care deserve nothing less. And then there is the moment that will live in my heart forever. When mom took her final breath, I was halfway around the world, unable to be by her side. The distance was an anguish no child wants to carry. But Michael had made me a promise — that she would not die alone. She would know, even in her final moments, that she was loved and not forgotten. That is not a policy. That is not a procedure. That is pure, selfless love in action. The hands and feet of Jesus. Thank you, Sterling Oaks, for holding my mom with such tenderness in life — and in her last breath. And for holding me too, from halfway around the world.

  The owners and caregivers are excellent!!! Dad is loved, safe, and cared for with compassion and respect. My sister and I are confident that our Dad is in the best memory care assisted living residence. We have high expectations and this place checks all of the boxes.

  Where do I begin? When we started looking for a home for my father we scoured the area. In all our research it became, which is the least worst place. None of them felt like a home or a place I would want to put my father. And then we found Sterling Oaks. John and Kris are amazing people and took my father, and my family, in. We became part of their family and they became part of ours. My dad lived another six months after he was moved to Sterling Oaks. Those last six months were filled with love, laughter and exceptional care. My mom was able to spend time with him as a spouse, not a caregiver. And we knew he was getting the care he needed and that he was truly happy. Sterling Oaks was a true blessing to our family. If you are looking for a home for your loved ones last days, come home to Sterling Oaks.
