I stopped by Goodwill this evening to drop off some donations and had the absolute sweetest experience. Logan was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. It's not every day you come across someone with such a genuine and positive attitude. People like Logan are what make a simple experience memorable. I'll definitely be coming back to donate as often as I can!

I came in when the store opened at 9 am and was trying to exchange some clothes. The manager named Patrick came and talked to me very rudely and in a bad mood. It seemed as he just woke up or was hungover, not sure. He was rude and said they wouldn’t exchange the clothes even though it says on the receipt that you can return clothing within 14 day. Nonetheless the service was awful and I can’t believe they let someone like that manage a branch. Embarrassing for the company, especially for the area and neighborhood it’s in.

This was the most messy place. Going to buy a electric heater. Had girl plug in. Did not work. Ask me 3 times if I wanted. Workers rude.

Not only did the accuse me and my mom of changing the tag to 2.99 but they said if "we" did it again they would prohibit us from entering when we didn't change any price.a I've been coming for years and its the first time I have been humiliated by this store.
