  I have loved having my baby in this daycare. He started at 4 months and we left at 16 months because we are moving to a new city. Miss Iceni, rose, destiny, nautica, Karla, and Gwen are all amazing! The directors are receptive to feedback and want the parents and babies happy. It was always so clean, I never had an issue. Tears from me when we had to leave 😭😭😭 If we could pick this daycare up and move it to our new city we would.

  My son went here for maybe 2-3 weeks. The teacher he was with was in the twos, she’s an older black lady. They only give your kids 2 chances to have an accident on themselves after that they put them in pull ups. I told the teacher not to put him in pull ups because he’s potty trained. I let her know he’s shy so you will have to take him at first. She and I quote stated “it is not her job to change kids all day” mind you about half the class is in pull ups. I told the director and at first she seemed helpful but when I went with her to confront the teacher she sat there like a deer in headlights. I ended up pulling my son right after nap time, she never took him to the restroom after he got up from a nap and he peeped on hisself. I asked the director do they take them to the restroom after nap time she said “yes” I said “hm well my son is sitting in pee” and I walked out. That was issue one now issue two comes to play is he was with another teacher originally which was a much younger black women. SHE WAS AMAZING! She updated the app for me as well as he was excited to go to her and he only had 1 accident with her a day. One time I think he had 2 but she kept him in underwear cause again he’s fully potty trained. This is where problem 2 came in. I told the older teacher that he cry’s when it’s time to go to her but with the other teacher he didn’t and he none to barely any accidents. She and I quote stated “all kids do that and she’s been there so many years” some other stuff I forgot about. She also began to yell at me IN FRONT OF 2 YOUR 2 YEAR OLDS. Began to yell “she’s grown” after I told her it is her job to teach and change kids. She also NEVER UPDATED the app with pictures of my son or any updates on him. Much more happened but that was the icing on the cake. After everything NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO ME NOR MY CHILD however they apologized to my sons other parent who DIDN’T REPORT the issues. I reported it and never got an apology for the way the treated my son let alone the way they dismissed my child. It is a blessing I found someone else. My child has no accidents and is always happy to go, he’s not neglected AT ALL!

  If you're looking for the best childcare in Fort Worth, this is it. We started here when we lived downtown and our oldest son was less than 1 year old. We loved the peace of mind we had knowing he was in great hands when we had to work. As we moved further away from downtown we tried a few other facilities closer to home, but we experienced every kind of childcare nightmare imaginable. Luckily the BH @ Sundance crew welcomed us back with open arms... right before COVID shut everything down. The facility was able to accommodate us through the pandemic with hightened protocols, and most of us survived. Currently, our oldest is preparing to enter 4th grade and he still gets excited to see the BH staff when we pick up his little brother. Our youngest has been with Bright Horzons since he was an infant. He has worked his way through almost all of the wonderful teachers, and he is very excited to start Kinder-Prep this fall. He never wants to miss a day with Ms. Nautica & Ms. Ariane. He's living his best life when he is with his friends @ BH. We are thankful for every teacher that has put their heart, time, and energy into our boys. As a working parent it is so important to partner with a great childcare facility that shares your values and respects your wishes when it comes to raising your children. I feel like Ms. Michelle & Ms. Elaine have been a crutial part of my journey as a working mom, and I will be forever greatful for the time they have put into educating a wonderful staff of caring, passionate teachers. They have been called to care for the children who often have no voice, and their kindness is contageous.

  My husband is having major regrets about this daycare... When I met my husband, his son was 4. It was a year before graduation. To me it looks like they taught him nothing in a year. Moreover, they let him play on his own and not be involved in collective activities when he didn't want to, nurturing a HUGE problem - not taking directions from adults and disrespect to authority. He has problems in school now, because he thinks he can do whatever he wants to. Apparently, because he had gotten away with it for years. It's not a cheap daycare. I'd expect at least a talk with parents EARLY ON and then handling the problem. Now I have to deal with that disrespect as a step mother, his school teachers write notes about bad behavior, and his dad is very disappointed.
