OWLS Activity Center provides a variety of activities and daily congregate meals to seniors, aged 60 and up, within Wise County.
The OWLS ACTIVITY CENTER (formerly The Decatur Senior Center) is now under the management of WCCA/Meals On Wheels Wise County. We serve as a community focal point for aging issues and as an effective liaison to local, state, and federal resources for older adults and their families.
