  I called a couple of recommended places to enquire about services for my mother who had just passed. Simple Cremation was by far the most professional and empathetic. They were informative and quick to respond. They went the extra mile to help ensure that my mother’s ashes made it to her place of rest on the date we needed them there. They helped expedite everything and kept me abreast of progress along the way. While I hope to not have to use them again in the near future, if I did, they would indeed be my go-to. They made the impersonal admin around my mother’s passing so much easier! Thank you Lisette and team!

  Let me just say that Simple Cremation made a difficult time in my life extremely easy. From the moment Art entered my home and exhibited so much compassion, grace and dignity I knew I had made the right decision in choosing this company. Amanda and Lezlie were the best. They helped me with all my decisions and showed so much empathy. All cost was transparent, no surprises, they make everything simple. My satisfaction with this organization is off the charts phenomenal.

  I was referred by a previous client. All in all, I was pleased with Simple Cremation but feel that they could improve their customer relations. We signed up on the website and it indicated that we would receive a call. No call came. After calling the listed number, we, we were told we would receive a call. No call. After having the person who referred us contact the crematory, we received a call. I later asked for information regarding the Tribute Wall and it took approximately one week and a complaint to get that information. However, during all this time, everyone I spoke to was very professional and sympathetic. I would recommend Simple Cremation but would like them to work on their customer relations because people do not know what to expect when faced with an unexpected loss.
