  Our experience with Bright Horizons was truly wonderful. Mrs. Tracy stood out as an exceptional teacher whose dedication, patience, and passion for early childhood education were evident every day. Her ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment made a meaningful impact, and it was inspiring to see the care and thought she brought to her classroom. Her passion for helping children learn and grow genuinely shines through. We also want to recognize Mrs. Desiree and the entire administrative team. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment did not go unnoticed. It takes a strong team to create such a positive experience, and their leadership and care were greatly appreciated. Bright Horizons is fortunate to have such phenomenal educators and staff who clearly care deeply about the children and families they serve.

  I wouldn’t want to go to any other daycare. They are so incredibly loving and meet each child where they are. The meals, education and learning aspect is TOP tier! We are so grateful.

  Absolutely love this location. Best choice we ever made for our son. He’s been there almost two years now and finishing up with one more year to go. Nicole and Tracy have been so impactful in both his learning as well as nurturing him to be a better human. The director is also amazing (knows every child and parents by name) and goes out of her way to make your child the most comfortable they can be away from home.

  Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizons since she was 3 months old and is now two years old. She has loved all of her teachers and friends and we can tell that she is well cared for. I am impressed by how much she has learned. Highly recommend!

  We had the greatest experience and it felt like a family. My daughter started at BH Plaza of the Americas at 3 months old with Teresa and Adria through toddler with Pablo and Michelle and we couldn’t have asked for a better teachers/caretakers. This place exceeded all expectations I had on how my daughter would experience daycare and I am so blessed we had the opportunity to be here. Terri and Shina are the most wonderful people and always took care of us and our little girl. I am going to miss this family so much. The curriculum is amazing. The location, I always felt very safe. What makes plaza extraordinary is the people. My daughter learned so much, made tons of friends, was excited to go every day. The app is perfect, I received tons of pictures of every day. The teachers do a semester write up of all the milestones our daughter hit along with her curriculum. It’s just the perfect daycare!
