Even when we realized the community might not be the right fit for her needs, Jamaica went above and beyond by providing contact information for an ombudsman who could help us find more suitable accommodations based on her income and care requirements. Her compassion, patience, and dedication truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for the support she provided and the genuine care she showed throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked in facilities before and I know how long you have to leave them for. It was severely short staffed and I couldn’t track down a nurse. This is unacceptable!
