  TLDR: Pretty building, but our experience was disappointing because of inconsistent teachers, poor communication, and a lack of engagement with our child. Questions and concerns often went unanswered, and we rarely received updates about classroom activities or routines. The school felt much more focused on its physical infrastructure than on creating a consistent and nurturing environment for children. Since moving to a new daycare with consistent teachers and a well planned program, our son is happier and no longer cries at drop-off. One thing I'd encourage prospective parents to do is spend some time reading through the reviews carefully, especially looking at how recent they are and whether they're from parents who have written reviews of other businesses. Our experience was very different from what we expected based on the overall rating, so I think it's worth digging a little deeper than just the number of stars. The long version: We enrolled our son at Crème de la Crème because the building, classrooms, and amenities are impressive, and we were excited to join. Unfortunately, our experience over the next eight months did not live up to what we expected. A few months after we enrolled, our son's teacher left. After that, there never seemed to be a permanent teacher in his classroom. There was a constant rotation of different teachers, and our son never had the consistency that young children really need. We also struggled to understand what was happening in the classroom day to day. We rarely received updates about activities. After moving our son to a different daycare, the difference was obvious. His new school has consistent teachers, planned activities, and a clear structure. Within a few weeks, he stopped crying at drop-off. At Crème, he cried every morning and did not want to go. Communication was another challenge. I emailed the director about potty training shortly after enrollment and never received a response. Months later, when I brought it up again, I was told we should have discussed it sooner. I understand that emails can sometimes be missed, but this happened more than once. Questions and concerns often went unanswered and were almost met with this strange hostility and surprise than genuine concern. What disappointed us most was the lack of personal connection. Our son was out for several weeks because of illness and family travel. During that time, nobody from the school checked in, not even his teachers. It made us feel like our child was just another enrollment rather than part of a community. There were also a few things that concerned us. A couple of times we found our son sleeping in a different classroom and using another child's blanket. There was also an occasion when marshmallows were served to very young children, which surprised us given the choking risks. The building, classrooms, and specialty rooms are beautiful which is why this review is difficult to write. However, in our experience, many of those spaces seemed to be more of a selling point for parents than something the children regularly used. We rarely saw kids using the rooms that were highlighted during the tour. We think many of the issues we experienced are fixable: better communication, better training, more stable staffing, and more classroom consistency. If those things improve in the future, we would be open to taking another look. For now, though, our son is much happier in a daycare where he sees the same teachers every day, has multiple planned activities and feels comfortable. In the end, that has mattered far more than a pretty building.

  I could not be happier with this school! I have had my kids there since 2018, and throughout the years it's always been good, but the current admin and staff are truly the best! My daughter is so excited to go to school every morning, and has days full of fun activities throughout the week. All of her teachers have been wonderful, and it is clear from all of the photos I get during the day (via the school's app) that she is having a blast. She participates in STEM, art, Spanish, and culinary classes on top of the regular curriculum, but her favorite part is the amazing playground and bowling alley. The entire facility is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and responsive, and seem to have a great connection with all of the kiddos. You can tell that Mornique (the director) is truly involved in the day to day operations. She greets my daughter every morning at the front desk and is always available if I have any questions. I truly can't say enough great things about Creme De La Creme! It is so comforting to know that my child is in such great hands!

  I toured recently but have heard the school is being sold to Creme de la Creme. Does anyone know if this is accurate, as I'm concerned it might lead to teacher turnover and other issues.

  My girls just started attending this location last month, and I have been thrilled with the care they have been receiving. I will be the director at the new location opening this month, and so I was very nervous about having my daughters at the Cedar Park school for a short time. I should not have worried at all. My younger daughter is in the infant classroom. Ms. Amber, Ms. Abigail and Ms. Cassie are just incredible. They take such great care of my baby, provide constant communication, and any time I have a request they address it immediately. I know that I am a pretty high-needs infant parent, but the teachers are always kind, welcoming and responsive. I love the one-on-one attention they provide the babies; I always see them holding, cuddling and talking with them. My older daughter is in the two-year-old classroom. Her teachers, Ms. Monica and Ms. Ariel, are wonderful. My daughter struggles at times with separation anxiety, and Ms. Monica is so great with her in the mornings. Now she looks forward to going to school, and is sad to leave in the evenings. She talks about both Ms. Ariel and Ms. Monica at home. As a mom, I love the curriculum and the fact that my daughter gets to visit the library, the gym and the garden in addition to the playground. Liz, the director, is very approachable, and any time I have had even a slight concern she has addressed it immediately. I'm so happy that my girls are here.

  Our son is 3yrs and used to go to a smaller, accredited school for the same price and it was not as challenging or stimulating for him. Our son loves the curriculum and variety of classes/activities he is exposed to, he has grown so much in the past 2 months. His teachers have been great, sometimes when we pick him up he tells us he's not ready to go. While the ratios are larger it still gives my son the challenging environment to learn from older kids which I think is a great skill for life, we also like how they work towards promoting independence and self help skills like going to the bathroom and serving yourself at meal times instead of relying on us the parents to do everything for him. We could not be more pleased with the move.
