  Never ever would I recommend this business to anyone. They prey on the vulnerable and aged individuals that have limited understanding. Their plans are based if one pays in full...keep that in mind. Don't be a suckered for that ploy. Staff is rude especially the manager. They want to reiterate that they are a family business...well birds of a feather folk together. Hope you have better experience and good luck there. Would definitely shop around before making a definitive decision at this location. Stress should be the last thing one should have to experience when grieving. No regard to ones feelings nor situation at all...just the money...shame on you.

  Wonderful experience in a hard time in my life. Sarah was very warm and very helpful in many ways. She went beyond what any person would do for a family. Thank you for being such an understanding place at a hard time in my life.

  They were courteous but didn't even do an ok job to say the least. To begin with, there were details that were never addressed nor made clear. One of many examples was when the program was sent to us for approval everything seemed fine. There was a space that said "photo goes here", so the photo discussed with the planner at the beginning would go in that spot. Well, it did not!!! Blank programs were provided at the viewing. It was unfinished, just a flower border with a blank space in the middle. A two yr old would have done a better job. And paul bearers were never discussed. The grave side service was supposed to start at 1pm and at 12:45pm the director was on his phone in the hurse with my mom in the back. I asked him what was going on and he said he was waiting on the paul bearers. This was never talked about. Not having planned a funeral before, I believed they would have help loading/unloading as the service was planned for open casket. So I scrambled to get help. 3 cousins and 3 grave diggers later, we managed to start pretty close to ontime. This should have been brought up at the beginning with the planner. Not left for last minute. We were pretty distraught at the time, obviously not in a great head space. The planner should have caught these things.I kid you not, that service was about to be held at the hurse hatchback counterfeit purses sold in a parking lot style. A lot of money was paid for these things to slip through the cracks. Very unprofessional service provided.

  My mother passing would have to be the hardest thing life has required of me to overcome. As hard as it was or has been Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home in Burleson Texas did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. Cami the director was literally a phone call away... I called her what seemed like a million times she always answered or responded very quickly. She walked us through the processes trying her best to eliminate any stress or worry we may have. She was also very direct and upfront about everything, there were no surprises. Everyone else I encountered at the funeral home was caring and informative. I am very glad we picked Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home in Burleson Tx to handle my beloved mothers funeral. I also would highly recommend this Funeral Home to anyone that is looking for Funeral Services, they went above and beyond for my mother and our family!
