The Family History Place is the genealogical research center of the Genealogical Society of Kendall County. The facility is free and open to the public. It is also the home of the Boerne Texas FamilySearch Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which gives our patrons free access to literally billions of genealogical records from all over the world.
In addition to the hours posted, we are also open second and fourth Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Other hours can be scheduled upon request.
