  The Memory Care staff is simply amazing. All the residents are well cared for, receive help for their individual needs, greet them by name and give out lots of hugs. It’s very obvious how much the residents love the staff. I always feel welcome and I’m kept well informed!

  What a lovely, friendly place! I visited my friend's mother again, and the three of us had a great time. Nurses and Aides popped in occasionally, and everyone was so nice. Immaculately clean, with activities on both sides of the hall caught my eye. Lots of glass and brightness. The Reserve at Lake Austin deserves 5 Stars!

  I searched many facilities for my mom and The Reserve at Lake Austin was by far the best and continues to be the right choice for mom. The facility is beautiful, clean, welcoming and safe. More importantly, the staff is amazing! They are attentive, caring, kind and empathetic. The residents are happy and enjoy living at the Reserve and the food is great! There is a quiet elegance to the facility overall but you can also feel the joy with all of the fun activities. My mom is thriving now and it is all due to the Reserve! 10/10 Recommendation.
