I am a KinderCare parent x4, I have two older children who have already completed their preschool life 10/10 experience with them when Ms. Cassie was their teacher during that time. I now have two under two enrolled with Ms. Cassie as director and I am so so so happy I came back to KinderCare EmeraldWood. The commitment to my children is amazing. The communication is definitely 10/10. My toddler was having a hard transition from grandma to daycare and the staff was so patient during the hard days with him! Now he beats me to his classroom in the morning! My youngest has a few medical issues going on with during feeding times, and the staff has been so wonderful with him. They are so helpful and are willing to try everything alongside me. I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else. The entire staff has been so supportive and kind. I could not ask for a better place to send my children, I feel so grateful for the staff at EmeraldWood location. If you’re thinking about enrolling your children, coming from a parent that is having two generations come through their doors, I could not recommend them enough!

Everyone is very friendly, their curriculum is great and the environment is clean. There is no weird "daycare" smells and it is very organized.

I love taking my son here! He always has so much fun with his teachers and classmates. He started at 11 months old and he's been here through 18 months of age. The teachers are all very informative and good about keeping my son on track for developmental milestones. They also frequently do arts and crafts and give the parents the crafts to take home as keepsakes which I love. The tuition is a fair price for Austin being an expensive city and you can't beat the hours of the facility. All the teachers and director Amanda know my son's name even though he's not even in their class yet and I'm always greeted with a cheery hello and farewell.

I absolutely love the staff members and my son teachers. I’m so grateful for everything they do and how clean they keep the facility. I recommend Kindercare @ Emerald Woods to anyone searching for a daycare center.
