- DND. NardMar 2, 20265.0My child started attending this center at one year and five months. Our family was going through a difficult time. I was stressed. My child doesn't interact with strangers at all! I want to express my deepest gratitude to both the staff and the management! My little one is making progress in his development and has become more relaxed with those around him, and this is a huge credit to the teachers' professionalism. Yes, tears and frequent colds are always an adaptation moment. But my child has become less capricious! His body is getting stronger. But my soul is always at peace. When I'm busy all day at work, I know my baby is in good hands! Thank You Bright Horizon Team! God Bless You.

Thanks Bright Horizons for being a trusted option for backup care. An no, they don't play all day, I love getting the daily reports and seeing all the engaging and developmental activities they do. It is so good the kids think they played all day. My daughter is in school already she asked if we can moved her here permanently.

We toured the facility in February with an expected start date of mid September. We were assured that we would not need to worry about having a spot available for us as we were signing up so early. So we paid the waitlist deposit. Mid June we heard back that they did not have a spot for us. We were left scrambling to find alternate child care, which fortunately we did. They then refused to refund our $150 waitlist deposit.

I absolutely adore everyone there and enjoy seeing the videos and picture updates everyday. Laura, Lauren, Mindy, Jessica, Staci, and Shonda are always so helpful and relieve any anxiety I may have when I drop off my son. They know him and he knows them and it just gives me so much joy to know he’s safe and that people are there to care for him if I can be there.
