  Gabriel was the most compassionate person to work with. He spent ample time on the phone giving me all sorts of necessary information. He was prompt in emailing and calling to notify me of what steps needed to happen next. Staff was also very prompt after the passing of my mother and was at the house to pick her up within a hour of being notified. The entire process was very smooth and easy.

  My entire experience with ATX Cremation was beyond exceptional! I had never dealt with a Cremation before and was arranging my fathers cremation - I was uncertain of the process or what to expect but Gabriel Bee made the entire process as easy as it could have been given the circumstances. He explained the entire process and what I could expect throughout the various steps and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot begin to fully describe my gratitude to Gabe and ATX Cremation for being so thorough and compassionate throughout one of the worst times of my life (losing my father). I will be forever grateful to them and recommend them as strongly as is possible!
