  ATX Cremation was so caring and compassionate during one of the worst times of my life. I lost my husband to cancer. I was not familiar with the cremation process at all. Gabriel contacted me right away and explained every step of the process. He kept me informed through each step. I am truly thankful for Gabriel and the staff at ATX Cremation for being so compassionate and caring during this difficult time.

  I cannot say enough good things about ATX Cremation. They treated me with such kindness and compassion during an incredibly difficult time. We had everything arranged with another cremation company, but the day my stepfather passed, hospice called to tell me that company was too full to take him. I was suddenly left scrambling to find someone else—and I never even received a call or apology from the original company. Thankfully, I found ATX Cremation. From the very first call, they were compassionate, responsive, and made an awful situation so much easier. When you’re dealing with the loss of someone you love, kindness matters, and I will always be grateful for the way they treated me and my family. I highly recommend ATX Cremation.

  This is one of the most competent and thoughtful organizations I've ever dealt with. Gabriel was fantastic with communication. Follow through was great and we received a lot of really useful guidance. I highly recommend their services.

  ATX Cremation was truly a blessing to our family during one of the most difficult times of my life. My husband was 6'3" and over 300 pounds, and I never imagined that after losing him, I would also have to call around trying to find a cremation provider who could accommodate his size. It was frustrating and heartbreaking to feel like I was having to “shop around” at a time when I was already overwhelmed with grief. From my first interaction with ATX Cremation, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and understanding. They never made me feel as though my husband’s size was an inconvenience or that caring for him was anything other than something they were honored to do. Gabe was wonderful. He explained everything clearly, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and was incredibly patient and understanding of my emotional state. At a time when every decision seemed difficult, he made this part of the journey incredibly easy. Of everything I have had to navigate since unexpectedly losing my husband, this was honestly one of the easiest processes—and that meant more to me than I can express. Thank you, Gabe and ATX Cremation, for treating my husband with dignity and treating me with compassion when I needed it most. I will forever be grateful.
