  Our regular person had left Turrentine Jackson to go to another company.. That person had handled the burial of my father and our brother. We went back when it was time to bury mom. We learned that our person was no longer with the company. We were concerned.. Monty at Turrentine in Allen was assigned to our needs. I would like to say that we really appreciate the kindness and compassion with which we were treated during this difficult time. Monty was very attentive to our needs. Customer service is now a lost art. In this, Monty was above board and a comfort to work with. Thank you Monty❗️

  When my brother and I went to them to make prearrangements for our mother, we met with Stewart and he is truly a Godsend. You can tell that he and the rest of the team, are united in serving others especially during a time like this. Once we had to finalize everything when mom passed, it was truly white glove treatment. Every detail, thought and etc left us speechless. They were very delicate and empathetic towards our loss and treated my mother like an important person because she was. Her service was well coordinated like royalty, we really focused on my mom and they were protective of our space to avoid any overwhelming moments. I am forever thankful for all the time they took in ensuring mom had a dignified service. She looked beautiful and like an angel. The day after the service they delivered remaining flowers to us and were just so kind. This family owned funeral home may be a business but they do it because they are centered around the value of people and life as a whole. You can see God has put good people to serve his children in difficult times.

  TJM is the most professional and empathetic organization I’ve ever worked with, not only through the untimely death of my son, but because I think so much of everyone I’ve worked with, that I have now set up my final resting place at Ridgeview. Today, I had the honor of working with Trevor Tidridge who not only walked me through all the things I need to know regarding giving my family the right information and comfort when I leave the earth, but he answered all my questions with kindness, empathy, and great knowledge. He helped me get through a difficult meeting. He is the kind of professional everyone needs during hard times. A definite asset to TJM. Thank you Trevor!

  My family and I are extremely grateful and pleased with the service provided for my husband’s funeral. The dignity, professionalism, dedication, care, compassion, transparency , we felt during the extremely difficult time for us was absolutely superb. Special thanks to Carlos, the funeral director assigned to us. He was incredible. The day of my husband’s funeral Carlos had lost his uncle and because of his professionalism , he stayed with us to make sure everything was done correctly. This behavior speaks by itself of the professionalism, dedication and integrity my family and I felt during this difficult time. Thank you dear Carlos.
