  They took 24 days to give me my mom’s ashes or even cremate her. They literally left her sitting for 23 entire days. The person Bryan would not answer my calls and even blocked me when I tripped out on him over the phone after she was sitting for 18 days. Still even then I had to wait a week later to get her ashes. This place is a joke and do not do business correctly and should actually be shut down.

  Cremation and Funeral Services of Tennessee was simply a pleasure to deal with. From every aspect of the transaction it was a pleasure to work with Miriam. Miriam genuinely cared about the situation in hand, explained in articulated everything perfectly, everything was done online, paperwork wise, filling out and approving the death certificate, contract paperwork and payment. You can even have the remains in the event of a cremation and the death certificates delivered to your home without even having to leave your home about the matter. Again it was a pleasure to deal with Miriam and if I ever need a service like that again I will surely give them a call anytime. I hope they're in business when my day is done.

  They are very professional and great to work with. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they also have payment plans if u want to pay in advance. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

  We dealt with Jenny Shelton and couldn’t possibly be more pleased. We had first reached out to a different crematorium whose price quote nearly doubled their advertised price. After verbally accepting this other places quote we waited and waited for the promised e-mail/paperwork to arrive. To this day, it still hasn’t. Our experience with Jenny and her colleagues was completely different. They honor their advertised price and never once tried to up-sell us or price shame us. Each time I reached out with questions or concerns my phone calls and texts were responded to IMMEDIATELY! Even after hours and on the weekends. Many people can talk the talk. These guys actually walk the walk, and they do so with empathy, compassion, and grace. I cannot deny that I entered this endeavor with skepticism and trepidation. Friends and relatives come out of the woodwork to tell you their horror stories. The are literally gagging on the words “I told you so!”.....so anxious to point out your gullibility and mis-chosen trust. Without exception and in every single instance Jenny gave me this ammunition to turn to them and just flip them the middle finger. Anyone who is reading this is probably dealing with anguish and loss. No one comes to this company to window shop. My heart goes out to you. You have a tough road ahead of you. Jenny will help. It’s just who she is. You can trust her. On that you have my word.
