- JHJoan Hurt2 days ago4.0I am staying there now due to burst pipe damage repairs happening at my apartment. So far it is a great place. The breakfast bar is amazing as a perk. The only issue I have is my that my room is so far from a green space to walk my senior dog. I have a long walk to get outside,and then, no grass on the property .The location is around the hospitals, so there is nothing but concrete everywhere. The staff has been great so far. I have only stayed 1 night so I will update as my stay continues, but so far I am pleased.

- MMMia McIntyreJun 17, 20265.0The front desk receptionist, she was about 4'12, she wore a beautiful afro and has a smile that can light up a room. Ms lady was super helpful and knowledgeable, even personable! We stayed in a 2bd room suite with a full kitchen and separate living room with a pull out bed (sleep over for my teens) and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The duvet needed to be changed on the pull out bed, but over all the whole unit was super clean. The heated inside pool was the part my kids loved. Breakfast was included, it could've been slightly better had they put out more fresh fruit when it got low towards the end of it. Id definitely get another room again. Sidenote: you pay for parking 🅿️ around 20-30 something ish, but fact check me on it ✔️
- CCC CJun 14, 20265.0First time in Nashville, let alone a staybridge but not a first IHG hotel stayer. The person who checked me in at 9:30pm was soooo sweet and helpful. Room was way up to standards (again first time at staybridge so I was shocked at the space) the only thing I didn’t like or know, maybe I missed it, was they charge you $38 plus tax to park in their parking garage…? It comes out of your $50 security deposit but that was still not something I was expecting and I feel like $38 is insane. Paying for parking at a hotel you are paying to stay at is absolutely ridiculous I believe.
