Abe’s Garden Community is a 501c3 nonprofit creating a replicable model for senior life that focuses on brain health, wellness and purposeful living. Our internationally recognized "dementia design groundbreaking" campus offers independent living; assisted living; memory support; a dementia day program; and a social support group for those in the earliest stages of dementia. We also offer home care & engagement and are a resource for dementia caregivers to learn best practices.
As a Center of Excellence (CoE), the evidence-based I'm Still Here® approach is implemented across every program. We are the only training center for senior living providers to become a certified I'm Still Here® CoE through Hearthstone Institute at Abe's Garden.
