Nourish exists to feed families, fuel hope, and nourish our communities through compassionate service, supportive programs, and partnerships that create a network of care.
Nourish Food Bank has worked to end food insecurity for over 40 years. It was established as The Smyrna-La Vergne Food Bank before becoming Nourish Food Bank, now is headquartered in Murfreesboro with additional locations in Smyrna and Nashville. Nourish is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. An average of 1,000,000 meals are distributed to families across our service communities, serving approximately 3,000 people a month. Each client receives a grocery cart full of food consisting of perishable and non-perishable items as well as personal care necessities.
