Childhelp was founded in 1959 by Sara O'Meara and Yvonne Fedderson. Over the last 65 years Childhelp has helped 12 million children. For nearly 30 years children across East Tennessee have received services through our Child Advocacy Center, Foster Family Services, and today, we are growing to meet the needs of children with additional services for Trauma-Focused mental health services, Relative Care Families, and the Childhelp 'Speak Up, Be Safe' education curriculum as we work to end child abuse and neglect.
Our Morristown office will house Mental Health Therapist, our Relative Care Program area Care Coordinators, and space for our Foster Care Program to serve the families of Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke and surrounding counties.
