Choice Health Network is a 501(c)(3) public health nonprofit established in 1996 to assist in the care of those living with HIV/AIDS. Today we serve thousands of individuals and families struggling to survive the challenges created by HIV, homelessness, mental illness, and substance use. We operate a medical clinic that provides testing, treatment, and HIV-prevention along with a full-service pharmacy; a Client Services program that provides therapy and mental healthcare, emergency food, housing, and transportation aid; and a Harm Reduction program which offers a syringe services exchange, narcan/naloxone, and resources and referrals for our neighbors who use substances.
