Bluegrass KinderCare has been amazing for both of my boys. Ms. Terry is a great leader who is always present from when the facility opens to when it closes. She puts her heart and soul into the school, and it shows. The teachers are wonderful and give their all to the kids. My boys LOVE going to school. I never have any anxiety when I drop my boys off. I know they are being cared for. The teachers also do a great job updating the KinderCare app regularly. If I'm worried about one of them eating throughout the day, I can check the app. They upload pictures daily, so I can see what they're doing. I enjoy seeing the curriculum KinderCare uses and how it involves the parents. If you're looking for a school that feels like family, look no further.

It has taken me a few months to write this review as I am still angered & extremely disappointed by our experience in the fall of 2022. I had my daughter enrolled for pre school. I disenrolled her the same morning that she started. The "teacher" in charge of my daughters classroom thought I had left while I was completing the enrollment process with the director. Before I left I went in for one last peek. I observed my daughter being yelled at for spilling some water while drinking from a small disposable cup. The teacher threw a towel down at her and yelled at her and told her to clean it up. I stepped back so I could be concealed by the partial wall to observe further. She then began to sternly inform her that she could not drink water at the circle time rug. This big human was standing over my 3 year old as she wiped up the water. This was her very first experience in a classroom setting. The disrespect and manner in which they communicate with young ones is truly disgusting. I was taking close mental note of the environment since I walked in. While waiting to get my daughter fully enrolled on her first day, a caregiver from the nursery was walking around with an infant and she appeared to be in a bad mood. No warm greeting, she walked out of the nursery room and shut the door harshly and was stomping around with this baby in her hip. When I took my daughter to where the other children were (outside) a little girl was sobbing on the ground not wanting to be there. Not one of the two teachers offered comfort or care. In addition, the teacher for the older kids was yelling at them while at the playground. I found this to be inappropriate and unnecessary. I expect these facilities to teach and care for the youngest members of our community with calmness and kindness. There was no way I was going to allow my child to be mistreated much less pay for that kind of abuse. I felt so bad for the little ones that still had to attend the Bluegrass kindercare facility. Your children will not receive or learn respect and kindness from a toxic environment.

Last week was my daughter’s first full week at Kindercare. she is 19 mo old, turning 2 at the end of july. i decided it was time for her to go to daycare last october and had a daycare lined up but just couldnt go through with it. I had only ever had her with family and for short periods of time. i found kindercare and called and they miraculously had an opening and i jumped on the tour. i instantly fell in love and just felt “right” about it. i love the facility and the people there. my daughter immediately went to playing. She suffers from a small sensory issue, which results in her being a horribly picky eater, she used to never try any kind of foods, only sticking to her “preferred” foods. After just ONE week at Kindercare she has started trying and eating foods that she would have turned her head at. For her this is MONUMENTAL and i have them to thank. I love the learning curriculum they start implementing at her age and love that she isnt just playing all day. My baby loves her teachers, and Terry has been so patient at drop offs as this is our first time with this. It’s getting easier, and it’s always been made known i can call whenever, as well as the daily updates and pictures i get in the app. We are in love with Kindercare so far and I cannot wait to see my babygirl flourish here.

We love Kindercare they really make you feel like they care about your child. My daughter has been going since she was 7 weeks old now 3.5 years and she loves going. We have another baby on the way and I totally trust them with my children and can't say enough about how great they are to our daughter and us.

We could not be happier with this center. Our daughter has been going here since she was 8 weeks old. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The center is always clean and the children all seem to love it. My wife and I recommend it to everyone looking for child care!
