- CWChloe wangApr 29, 20215.0The Center Director (Denise Craig) was patient and very kind to go through the forms with us and walk us through the process of placing an infant in daycare. We got a spot at the center 2 weeks ago. Molly, who would be our daughter's infant care teacher, called us to understand about our daughters needs and preferences so that we could work together and give our daughter the best experience at Kindercare. We met Molly in person when we dropped off our daughter on the first day and she was very sweet to our daughter. Molly and Theresa (who is another teacher on the team) also provided timely updates and pictures via the Kindercare app, allowing us to stay informed about our daughter's wellbeing when she is at daycare. We all know caring for children can be exhausting so it must take a lot of dedication to the children/infants and their genuine concern for the parents to be able to care for more than one baby and still find time to keep parents informed and updated. Our daughter really enjoys her time at the daycare. Thank you very much to Molly and Theresa for making our daughter happy and for providing very good care which is a big relief for us. Thank you Kindercare for providing such a great environment for infants and children.
