  I am in the medical field with prior geriatric experience and I cannot say enough good about this company. They are a cut above in every aspect and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitter assistance in the home. The staff have been so caring and professional, and the leadership has been incredibly responsive, even at the last minute/off hours, to help when one of my parents (the primary caregiver) had to be suddenly hospitalized. Our time with them has come to an end, sadly, because we've had to make the move to facility care. Thank you to you Taylor, Maggie, Joni, Sydnie and all the other team members who cared for my dad - you guys are the best!

  Sarah M and Lacey M were active caregivers for my 88 year old mother, “Miss Mary, “ at Uffelman Estates in Clarksville for the last several months of her life in 2024. Sarah and Lacey were dependable and took such good care of Mom, always with genuine caring and smiles of authentic joy. Miss Mary often remarked to me just what wonderful help they were to her—she thought of them like daughters. Sarah & Lacey treated my Mom with warmth, care and respect. My knowing they were on hand checking in on my mom provided me with a sense of security, as I live a few states away and was unable to be in TN much of that time, though I visited as often as I could. May we all be so fortunate to have such caring aides if we find ourselves in similar circumstances in our lifetime. My gratitude to both Sarah and Lacey is forever a part of me. I appreciated their efforts on behalf of my mom so much.

  I have had Lacey L for a year and she has been such a great care taker. She uses a lift to get my mother in law up. Feeds her,give her bed baths daily,and keeps her company,while attending to light cleaning around her,to keep her comfortable. The company doesn’t work on holidays and they will let you know it,so make sure you have a plan in place.

  We are receiving excellent care through Homewell. Sheika is an amazing caregiver! Her appearance and professionalism are flawless. From day one Sheika has been prompt, consistent, kind and caring. She demonstrates her genuine concern for my Dad. Recently, my Dad suffered a medical emergency during Sheika’s shift. She immediately sprung into action supporting me and consoling my Dad until the paramedics arrived! Sheika is the greatest! She has become like one of the family!

Her compassion, patience, and genuine care for others truly make a difference in the lives of the people she serves every day. She has an incredible ability to make clients feel comfortable, valued, and supported, even during difficult times. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to providing quality care do not go unnoticed. She is dependable, professional, and always willing to help wherever needed. Any team would be lucky to have someone as caring and hardworking as her.
