I have been bringing my daughter temporarily before she starts school and she loves it! She loves the teachers so much and enjoys all the different activities. We are grateful they were so flexible with us! Shaianne is so sweet too!

My daughter has gone here for 3 years. If I havent moved her, that tells you why! Great staff that create consistent relationships with the children. I do recommend.

Want to start off by saying I am not usually a bad review person. I want to also state that I think the director and assistant director are super nice. The problems we had mostly came with the staff and finding out some things especially since we have now switched to a different child care. First, when it comes to our infant. We had multiple issues. Number one, when my wife came to pick her up one day, the worker was feeding her somebody else's bottle! Luckily she doesn't have any allergies, but that is a huge oversight that should never happen especially with infants. We also had multiple times of them sending her home because of "blowouts". When we would pick her up, she wasn't sick she just had a big poop. THAT'S WHAT BABIES DO! Then with our infant, we would always send her in with 4 bottles to be fed every 2ish hours when she was hungry. There were days she was coming home with two bottles still that had not been drunk. Because we both work, our kids are at the center for about 8 hours a day. There is no possible way she should only drink two bottles. At our new center, she is drinking 4-5 bottles because they are actually feeding her. Next with my two year old, myself and my wife walked in one time to the teacher yelling and exclaiming very loudly about how bad he was being. It was a super aggressive and demeaning tone and my son overheard and was instantly deflated. Nobody's kid is perfect, however that should have been a conversation that was had in private with us as parents and not being yelled at from across the room to us. One positive to be fair is my pre-k student loved the school and liked his teachers. He never had any issues and they do have a good curriculum. I just think this center is very understaffed. I know turnover happens and it is hard to find good teachers willing to do this job. However, we have plenty of experience at other centers where stuff like this doesn't happen. I wish we would have pulled the kids out sooner knowing what we know now at the other center.

Moving my daughter to KinderCare in the middle of covid has been an amazing experience. I work long shifts and she’s only ever been at a private sitter but she has adapted so well. I love that I get daily reports about what all she has eaten and get periodic photos throughout the day of what they are working on in class. They have gone above and beyond with their wellness station with gloves and hand sanitizer and temperature screenings, so I know my child is safe when at school.
