  I am so incredibly grateful for the love, care, and dedication JFK showed my daughter during her 2+ years here. From the very beginning, they welcomed us like family, and that feeling never faded. Knowing she was in a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment gave me such peace of mind every single day. The bonds she’s formed and the memories created here will always hold a special place in my heart. As we move on to this next chapter, it’s truly bittersweet—we will deeply miss each and every one of you. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help her grow, learn, and feel so loved. I would highly recommend JFK to any and everyone.🩷

  My experience with Emily was disappointing due to her unprofessional and dismissive behavior. She was often unable to answer my questions, and when I asked for clarification, my concerns were routinely dismissed without meaningful assistance. When I had a question regarding Child Care Aware, she appeared confused about her responsibilities in handling the situation. As a provider, attendance forms are required to be submitted, but this was not completed until I brought it to her attention. She initially stated that Child Care Aware had not emailed them; however, shortly after I raised the issue and left, I suddenly received a notification prompting me to complete my portion of the attendance verification. This raised concerns about the accuracy and timeliness of their administrative processes. As a parent, I should not have to repeatedly remind staff to complete required duties. I want to note that all other staff members were friendly and professional. However, I also had concerns regarding illness management. My daughter became sick almost every week, which was unusual given her prior health history. It was stressful to repeatedly leave work to pick her up, especially when it was apparent that other visibly ill children remained present. This raised concerns about the enforcement of health and illness policies intended to protect all children. Overall, while some staff members were courteous, my experience with administrative professionalism and illness management was unsatisfactory.
